I had so many bad experiences that cannot summarize everyth NO NEED TO WRITE ANYTHING AS NOTHING WILL CHANGE. I HAVE HAD TO COME IN WITH MY BRAND NEW CAR SEVERAL TIMES TO GET IT FIXED. Very Poor Service I first delivered my 2011 Jaguar XF for a misfire #2 cylinder. Over 5000 dollars later, all injectors and spark plugs were replaced. Fine, but when I I first delivered my 2011 Jaguar XF for a misfire #2 cylinder. Over 5000 dollars later, all injectors and spark plugs were replaced. Fine, but when I returned to pick up my vehicle, the technician drove up to me with the wrong vehicle. Very nice E-pace sparkling clean. Than, they arrived with my vehicle with what looked like they stored it in a forest. There was debris and leaves inside my trunk and all over the vehicle. Now, while I am driving home, "Service Required" light shows up and states that "Coolant Level Low" I will never go to this dealership again. Just want to sell my Jag and buy another car. Enough said. If I could give them zero stars, that would be great. Take care, you just lost a loyal customer. More
