The communication was lacking to say the least. I felt in the dark with the progress of my car the whole time. It took multiple visits to come to a conclusion on the problem with my car which after 7 days (second visit) of having my car was chalked up to a “programming issue”... no one has contacted me, even though I requested a call back with more info because my service rep had left for the day at 4pm when I arrived to pick up my car after 9 days of dealing with this, to let me know any specifics of the issues. I also had to drive to Lynwood two separate times to exchange loaner cars because my first one was an enterprise rental car rather than an official loaner car. More
