They helped me place an order for the cap online, and within a week they told me it's ready for pickup. The pickup is also rather easy. The best part is that the warrant covers the cost and they took care of all that on their end. This is a great experience. More

When I arrived, I recognized the new person--he had worked with Jaguar Seattle/Lynnwood before and Mike is very customer service oriented and very professional. I was pleased with how smooth my appointment transpired. I also have know Nadia and her husband for several years and find them both tremendous professionals who make clients feel very appreciated. Sean is my sales representative who i would love to steal away and have him work in real estate at one of my offices! He has excellent follow up! More
My car has been in the shop here for over 3 months total now, and I have only owned it for 6 months. To schedule an appointment took a while more than two weeks and on top of that they gave a service car that was a minivan that smells cigarettes. The reason why I bought a new car was that I got a new bo weeks and on top of that they gave a service car that was a minivan that smells cigarettes. The reason why I bought a new car was that I got a new born and if they give my partner a service car I expect to have a car that has the similar safety conditions of the car that I purchased. I can’t transport my new born child in a car that is dirty and that has a strong smell of cigarettes. Also, to conduct the check of the issue took almost a week. We are really disappointed with the service department and with the dealership. More
Poor customer service, lack of communication. The service guy was more interested in saying he had to go to the dentist then talking about my car. They were out of loaner cars so they sent me to enterprise guy was more interested in saying he had to go to the dentist then talking about my car. They were out of loaner cars so they sent me to enterprise rental. While they said they would pay- I was charged $10 for gas. When I called to see when the car was done - got the run around (passed to many different people). Nobody knew what was going on. I Would not recommend. More
