The actual sales experience was not unpleasant. It was quick, I got a good price, and they even delivered the car to me at home. I highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Seattle. More

However, the service we received once we brought the car in was pretty bad. We waited at least 20 minutes to be helped because the agent was busy with other customers, and from what I could tell, there was only one agent handling customer intake (though there were plenty of other employees around). Once we spoke with the agent, all seemed good as we got our loaner and left. After this point we did not receive any communication from our agent. We called around 4pm to see if the car was ready and the rep on the phone couldn't give us an update and told me that she couldn't promise that my agent would call me back with a status update (xxx?). At this point we just drove to the dealership to see when we could get the car back. Again, after a lengthy wait for our agent, someone else (who was very friendly and competent) offered to look up our status. This is when we learned that our car had not been serviced because the tech had called in sick. This was frustrating on multiple levels; we had been hanging around the area all day (watching a moving, getting lunch, shopping) since it was an hour drive home, but had we known we wouldn't get the car back that day, we would have made other choices. Now we had to keep the loaner over the weekend, again not a big deal, but inconvenient. On Monday we didn't receive any status updates until they called at 4:30 to tell us the car was ready for pickup. At that point it was too late to navigate rush hour traffic in order to pick up the car before they closed, so I had to go the next day. In order to make that work with my schedule, I had to arrive around 7:30 am and turn around and drive back to Seattle for a 10am meeting (a nightmare in rush hour traffic). Again, I was not greeted by our agent- she was there, but seemed to be wandering around talking to other staff members. After chatting with the cashier (who was very friendly), it took almost a half hour for them to pull my car around so I could leave, which ultimately made me late for my meeting. Overall the service from our agent was terrible, and it seemed like there wasn't enough staff doing customer intake, though there were plenty of employee onsite. Apparently there's no communication between the service techs and the intake agents since they didn't even know my car was not being serviced as scheduled. And they showed no courtesy for my time which had impacts on my life beyond the simple car service. We won't be back. More

The dealership was clean and friendly even in construction. Alex was very helpful even when their was some confusion on my arrival. First Year Annual Service First off, I will always have my car serviced here due to my service advisor Shineé La Fleur. She always goes the extra mile; even fixing the driver seat pocket for me herself! The reason for 4 stars, not 5 stars is the actual service time and more. I made my appointment 3 weeks in advanced and was confirmed that I'd have a loaner. I was advised that morning that there were none available. They would be happy to shuttle or Uber me to where I needed go. This is not the same in my book. I had to go to the local mall vs running the errands I needed to run. Secondly, I was told in advance that this appointment would take 2-3 hours. It took close to 5. I had a 17 year old blind dog locked in my bathroom for his own safety and NEEDED to get home. Had I had a loaner, I could have run home and that would not have been an issue. Lastly, my car was returned to me with the time being set to military time. While not a big deal as my husband reset it for me, it made feel like there was a lack of detail.... More
