Trying to make an appointment at this dealership is extremely frustrating! When I call, I get a voice mail. When I make an appointment on line, I get a confirmation followed by a phone call 48 hrs l extremely frustrating! When I call, I get a voice mail. When I make an appointment on line, I get a confirmation followed by a phone call 48 hrs later saying that our online system really doesn’t work and while the system appeared to schedule me, there are no appointments available that day. Needs work! For myself the Service Dept has just continually let me down. Diagnostics (I was told) is only done during the week, I also had an issue with my wheel and that person only comes in on Thursdays. I have rescheduled my service appointment 3X's due to...finding out the wheel person only comes in on Thurs. and then the dealer not having a loaner vehicle. Don't get me wrong the dealership will get you a rental, or pay for your Lyft/Uber. Rental probably wasn't going to be the Jaguar that I purchased so I'll take a loaner! My vehicle is not even 4 months old!!! Previous purchased cars it was normal for me to wait for my vehicle. Nope not here! This "Diagnostic" could take 2 days! Okay, it's Thursday, 7:30 explained what was going on, (glitchy radio and a sticking mirror) and asked them to "not wash the car" here's the keys. Thursday came and went NO UPDATE FROM THE DEALER! Friday's here still no update!!! I called them at 5pm. Receptionist said they will have service manager give me a call. Service closes at 6pm, and I finally received a call from the service manager VK. Letting me know that the maintenance tech that was working on my vehicle has left for the night and he wasn't able to get an update from him of what was found. He told me that he would check with him tomorrow and give me a call then. Saturday came and guess what... NO PHONE CALL! So I called Monday morning and got the receptionist again and she said I could leave a voice mail for the service manager. I said I will just drive to the dealership being that I am in the area. Come to find out that my wheel was repaired (hats off to the "wheel tech"), but diagnostics was not done but they will get on it today! Well vehicle did get done and I got a call at around 4pm and I was in there by 5:30 to get my vehicle. Service agent explained to me what the found and what was done to correct it. Last thing I said to him was "They didn't wash my car. right?" He said "no they didn't." Car comes around and sure enough it was washed. Back in I go. and service manager tells me to let him know if he owes me a detail. Well with the weather we have been having the past few days (the sun just isn't shining! Got gas on the way home and my vehicle has swirl marks all over! I am beyond frustrated. All this being said saving grace in the department is Nadia and Sally. Both are a pleasure to work with! Nadia has been amazing and has always been on point when I have dealt with her. She keeps you informed and updated. Anna is a person of her word! I appreciate them working with me. Thank you both! The others I have dealt with needs to brush up on their customer service skills. Many of us would just like to be kept in the "know" of what is going on with that item that means much to us. More

Terrible service. Was promised a rental car but upon arrival I was sent to enterprise. No updates for 2 days on my vehicle, called multiple times and was told I’d get a call back but never did. Was hung arrival I was sent to enterprise. No updates for 2 days on my vehicle, called multiple times and was told I’d get a call back but never did. Was hung up on by the phone system 3 times. Went to pick up my car and they brought me the wrong vehicle. Super disappointed with this experience. May be worth traveling to Bellevue in future in hopes of better service. More

Annual service was.. ok. My wife scheduled about 2 weeks out because the service advisor Shinee told her that's when she would have a loaner vehicle available. When she brought the car in, they seemed surp out because the service advisor Shinee told her that's when she would have a loaner vehicle available. When she brought the car in, they seemed surprised that she expected to get the car back the same day. They still had no loaner cars, but did rent a car for her. Took about 5 hours to be notified that the oil change was complete, but the vehicle wasn't ready when she arrived. I noticed the next day that the diesel exhaust fluid hadn't been topped off, and tried to call to ask about it. More than a week later, we're still waiting for a call back from Shinee. A pretty so-so experience. More

I bought an iPace in April 2019 from them and unfortunately the service has been terrible. I love the car, but wish I didn’t buy it from them. They made it difficult to do service updates (as o unfortunately the service has been terrible. I love the car, but wish I didn’t buy it from them. They made it difficult to do service updates (as ordered by Jaguar America letter) on Saturday, saying at first that they didn’t have the technicians available on Saturdays. I was able to get it scheduled after Jaguar America did a three-way call. Then they told me what was supposed to be a two hour update per Jaguar USA would take 3-6 hours on Saturday. Upon arrival at Seattle Jaguar they printed out my warranties and their list didn’t include the additional warranties I purchased when I bought my car from them. Michael, the gentleman who was helping me said that shouldn’t matter much. This was unacceptable because I paid several thousand dollars for extra warranties...They said I should talk to Mel, the finance guy who sold the warranties to me, but of course he wasn’t there and then the person they said to talk to instead could not be found. Thats where it was left. No solution. Then I waited from 11am until 2:30pm, when Michael apologized for it taking so long, and informed me again it takes 3-6 hours -“if it doesn’t fail.” I asked what happens if it “fails” or if they aren’t finished with it when they close, at 3pm -because I’m from Bellingham and didn’t want to have to come back on Monday (nor would I be able to.) He said “I won’t leave you here; I’ll put you in a loaner.” Then at 3:30pm he said “good news, your car will be ready soon and we will have your paperwork in a few minutes. At 3:45pm I finally got into my car and noticed the battery was low 36% with only 90 miles, not enough to make it back to Bellingham. It was getting dark and they had it there all day and should have charged it. Incidentally, upon arrival there, I took a picture of the battery level charge and odometer mileage to record it. I also had taken a picture when I received my car back from them. Now, looking at those pictures, I can see that the odometer didn’t change at all while they had it. Michael had told me that they drove it to look at the other problem I reported. (I also had a safety concern about the vehicle’s auto lane correction making it difficult to stay in my lane. I struggled with the vehicle as it pulled to the right and then to the left, over-correcting, apparently) He said they disengaged that feature, which reset all the systems. I understood why he said that when I got inside and nothing looked familiar about my car electronics. I realized that I have to go through everything again to set-up my preferences. But at least the car isn’t grabbing the road and then pulling from side to side. It feels safer to drive. I am very unhappy with the warranties situation, the lie about driving my car, and that they left me with a low battery-not even enough to get home after being there all day! More
