I was wrong. Tim, Brent and Mel were great handling the sale and made it easy for me. I haven't purchased a vehicle from a dealer in 10 years and the team's no pressure and honest approach was what made it easy for me. I know when I am in the market again for new or used car, I will reach out to Tim for help. Thanks guys for my new (to me) car and keep up the great work! More

No communication I had to initiate communication with this service center on both days my car was there for service (Jan 21-22). No one called me the first day to give me an estimate of timing so I called them at 5pm on Jan 21 and was told the technician had already left for the day and they didn't have an update on the car. The service manager promised a call/update first thing on Tuesday am; however no one had called by 11am so I made the call and was informed that service hadn't started as they weren't able to get the wheels off so likely a third day was going to be needed to service my car. We were dealing with a timing issue (husband going into surgery) so I asked that our car be finished that day (Wed 1/22) or we'd be in to pick it up and have it serviced another time. I received a text at 5:07pm that the car was ready and we headed right over to pick it up before 6pm closing on Wed 1/22 More

Good, but room for improvement. Josh Funston (parts) and Shinee Lafleur (service) took care of me when I had a burglary - someone broke my back window. They got me in the next day to get the window replaced. That's the good news. What was frustrating was when I picked it up (in the dark) that evening, I didn't see that the technician damaged the outside window trim piece, didn't "pop down" the interior window trim piece, and left dirty glove/clothing marks in several locations on my light colored "Ivory" leather interior. Plus, there was an empty can of silicone spray (used for lubing the seals, I imagine) on my front passenger seat, and silicone overspray on the brand new window and door trim. This is why god invented plastic - to protect nice vehicle interiors from mechanics and their dirty clothes. Ugh. And what's with not cleaning up after yourself? Anyway, the trim piece that the technician damaged took a few days to get in, so I had to drive my vehicle back up there, wait 2 hours and generally waste half of my day because of the damage done in the process of installing the window. Then - get this - they deliver the car to me, "100% done" now, but there's still grimey marks all over the leather - A SECOND TIME. Also, the window is clean on the inside (silicone spray cleaned up), but the outside of the window is streaked/dirty. They couldn't even manage to wipe down the brand new window after washing the vehicle? I mean, come on! Also, my rear 12v socket cap was strangely missing. Anway it was all taken care of, but TWICE I had to point out QC things, including them damaging a part in the process of replacing another part. They need some "eye for details" training for the entire staff. Cars should be returned to you cleaner and less damaged than when you dropped them off, no? Happy they were able to get me in on short notice - very appreciative of that, but there's room for improvement in the quality of the work and the oversight before turning a car back over to a customer. More

Fast and friendly Land Rover Service Department delivered big time! I had two small issues on my Range Rover that I needed help with, I called Service and was told to Land Rover Service Department delivered big time! I had two small issues on my Range Rover that I needed help with, I called Service and was told to drop in when convenient. I stopped in to get assistance, was able to get the two parts and then the service rep was able to get these installed for me right then. :) More
