Consistently overcharge and under serve Each and every time my Evoque (purchased new in 2016) goes in for service , there is an issue : - car sitting there for over a week without any servi Each and every time my Evoque (purchased new in 2016) goes in for service , there is an issue : - car sitting there for over a week without any service being done - over charging and claiming repairs that do not need to be done . This past week was the worst . My car has a 6 year / 100,000 mi warranty. Upon breaking down on the 405, I was towed to the Lynwood location. They informed me I had no warranty on record?! I spoke with 5 different employees at the bellevue location and was told ‘there is no record of you having a warranty !’ Having recently moved , mr paper work was not available . Long story short .... someone in Bellevue miraculously find the warranty and sends the info to Lynwood - although even after this , other bellevue staff has said I had no warranty .... except that I now had PROOF! The only helpful staff member was Tim in Lynwood - he was prompt and helpful. Then .... upon picking up my car for a supposed battery issue( conveniently NOT covered by warranty) I begin to drive my car away and upon acceleration on the freeway is has a horrible , loud high pitched squeal. I had to go back bc they had not taken the time to actually check my car before handing it over . It’s still there ..... More

Going back again to properly fix the issue Took the car in for three issues, Engine lights are on, Stop and Start Feature not working and the tire sensor that keeps going off. A week at the Dea Took the car in for three issues, Engine lights are on, Stop and Start Feature not working and the tire sensor that keeps going off. A week at the Dealer, engine light issue was the camshafts sensors that needed to be replaced that was fixed. The stop and start they attribute it to the camshaft sensor and they assured me that it would work after the previous fix and that they tested it and it was working 🤔🤔🤔. And they pumped air in the car tires to fix the tire sensor warning issues. Please note, 3 times for the tire sensor issues, they claim no issues and that they checked the tires and it's a temperature change issue. This also the second time the stop and start feature was an issue and the first time they told me it was a better charge issue and it was fixed. I explicitly explained that I need them to seriously check the stop and start issue as well as the tire sensor issues and they assured me they tested it and it's working properly. Upon driving out of the dealer and heading home, the stop and start didn't work, a few days of driving the stop and start not working. Called to schedule an appointment and complain about it, the guy blamed it on the cold weather and the car needs to be warm for it to work?? How about driving for an hour, would that warm up the car enough? Still doesn't work. Now I have to go back again for them to check out the problem. More

Service center would prefer Service department is less than helpful. Purchased a new Evoque with a new set of rims + tires to be installed. Since pickup, I had tire pressure issu Service department is less than helpful. Purchased a new Evoque with a new set of rims + tires to be installed. Since pickup, I had tire pressure issues with the left rear tire. Brought the car in 4 separate times, each time to be told "we can't find anything wrong, but that's b/c we don't have the right tools to check". On the 5th trip in they took the tire off and realized they left a rag shard between the rim and tire, causing the leakage. Their unwillingness to help is unfortunate. Had they taken the time to listen to my issue the first time I could have avoided all of this. Another fun item - car alignment was an issue from day one as well and when I asked them to resolve I was told it would cost at least $300. They wouldn't honor the fact that it was a preexisting issue. Great car, horrible service post point of purchase. I strongly recommend buying from a different dealership. More

This was valuable after owning the car for 6 months just going back over some of the features. Downfall was that there was a backlog at getting people checked in so had a to wait a long time. More
