Have never had a bad experience. I've been using JLR Seattle to service my Range Rover over the years, and I have had nothing but a great experience every time. Their service advisor I've been using JLR Seattle to service my Range Rover over the years, and I have had nothing but a great experience every time. Their service advisors have always made me feel like they care about me, personally, not just rushing me through the process for a quick buck. Great explanations, very courteous, and not pushing services that I don't need, even when it's clear that I'm trusting their judgment. I have worked with Shinee Lafleur several times now, and she's a gem of an employee. She even offered to stay late after closing as I fought rush hour traffic to come pick up my car! I also want to give a shout out to General Manager Dmitri Mordekhov, who is totally a class act! More
Complete lack of courtesy The service department had my car for 8 days, during which time they refused the courtesy of any regular communication. After 8 days, they actually looked at my car and quickly determined that my headlights were not functioning because they had both burned out simultaneously. To my knowledge, there was no further service. During this time I was driving a rental car which I was ultimately charged for. In my almost 6 year relationship with the dealership, there has never once been a loaner available to me regardless of how far in advance I’ve scheduled service. I have been forced to call my salesman repeatedly as the service department is incapable of even the most basic communication or resolution of any kind. The lack of courtesy or regard for their customer is as far from professional as possible. My experience was almost unbelievably bad. More

Some other customers would get a loaner but not me. Told me the car would be fixed in about 2-3 days, then when I called back to check after 5 days, they told me the parts just arrived yesterday. Had a horrible experience and would not recommend them for service on your vehicle. More
