Warranty repair was done on my used 2016 Jag F Type I purchased a used Jag (beautiful car) online. I flew to San Diego to check it out, bought it and drove back to Mukilteo. I discovered a coolant leak I purchased a used Jag (beautiful car) online. I flew to San Diego to check it out, bought it and drove back to Mukilteo. I discovered a coolant leak and I was concerned that the warranty of 5 years 60K miles might not cover it because I bought it used out of state. There was no problem. Sally took my VIN and had it repaired and there was NO charge. Five stars from me!!! More

But when mistakes happen, I do expect the company to make it right. Especially when purchasing a "luxury" car. This dealership sold us a Lemon and they have been an absolute nightmare to work with. In the ~6 months we've owned this vehicle, it has had 2 major problems, one of them being a major safety issue, and has spent more than 6 weeks with the service department where they have put nearly 500 miles on the car to test it. The incompetence shown by the dealership during service is almost unbelievable, but what's far more disturbing is that corporate also seems to leverage dishonesty and misdirection to avoid declaring a vehicle a lemon, even if state law clearly defines a car a such. After 3 months of waiting for corporate to make it right and continuously missing their promised response timelines, we were told they they could not offer us anything. We are now in contact with an attorney and plan to take legal action against Land Rover. This dealership in particular and Land Rover as a whole fall short of the expectation they set for their customers at every turn. Both in the quality of goods, and the competency of customer service. To be such a highly esteemed brand and to fail so atrociously is absolutely astonishing to me. I will never purchase a Land Rover or Jaguar car again and I will forever urge other to stay away. Not just to avoid frustration, but also for their personal safety. This review can't even begin to scratch the surface of our experience with Land Rover, but for the sake of brevity, I hope this is enough to steer you towards another manufacturer. More

Wasted time I am unhappy because the primary purpose of the appointment was to change headlight. I had appointment at 9:00 I had arrived early but I waited well past 9:00 to be attended to. I was shuttled to the local mall and I had to call to insist that I be shuttled back to the service department at around 12:00. I was told then that the bulb would arrive at 1:00. I insisted I had other things to do and I wanted to be shuttled back and I was. When I arrived back, the bulb had been magically found and installed. Also had a estimated for further work to be done. At this point, all I wanted was to have my car and go home. I did not want to schedule future work on the car. More

Sean actually sold us our other Discovery 5 years ago and he was just as helpful and patient as before. We felt very comfortable with the whole situation and were pleased that Sean took the time to go through the various dials and buttons, especially the ones we didn't have before. It was a very exciting experience. Taylor was also very helpful and thorough. She explained all of the various forms we had to sign so that we understood each. More
