Back again Second time in for a coolant leak...I had to find it. Had to argue that this was a CPO vehicle to be eligible for a loaner car, saying only New or CPO Second time in for a coolant leak...I had to find it. Had to argue that this was a CPO vehicle to be eligible for a loaner car, saying only New or CPO can get a loaner during service. Was sent a recommend service quote for $900 to do all the vehicle inspections. This was done 6 weeks prior. I didn't right a review for the last service thinking that bad experience was a one off. So I am writing one this time. During that prior service they couldn't find a coolant leak. So I looked, found it and scheduled another service. I had the oil changed on scheduled milage and had asked to do an oil analysis. Instead of sending the sample out for testing, they put a used oil container in the back of the Rover. Seriously? It was recommend that change the tires and brakes. I've had my Sport for 6 months and I need this stuff? Isn't there a minimum standard to be eligible for the CPO program? More

Range Rover Evoque Parking Break I took my brand new vehicle in the first month of the lease due to a parking break fault error. The staff communicated they thought it would be fixed I took my brand new vehicle in the first month of the lease due to a parking break fault error. The staff communicated they thought it would be fixed the same day, maybe the next at the latest. They did ask if I needed a rental car, but decided I did not need one if it was just a day. Several days pass and my vehicle was not fixed. Days then turned into weeks. I often had to request for updates and the information communicated to me from the service manager and general manager was often conflicting. I know the issue was complicated for everyone and they had to ultimately have a part shipped from the UK and it was not the shops fault it took longer than a month to fix. However, I thought the level of communication was poor and inconsistent and there was a lack of service in the interim. For example, if you tell a client that their vehicle is going to be fixed the next day and then it takes longer than a week, shouldn’t someone deliver a rental car to them? I have a very active life and ended up spending hundreds of dollars on Uber’s. Fortunately we were reimbursed lease payments for the time we did not have the car, but we it took a high level of escalation just to get there. Again, the issue itself wasn’t the dealerships fault. However, the way the service was handled could have been much improved with more frequent, accurate follow ups as well as easier transportation service for the month I did not have my vehicle. More
