Really not much negotiation but they were respectful and showed options. The office was under construction but accessible and responsive. We did a wire transfer and folks kept in the know. They are knowledgeable and informative about features and options. They met us halfway when vehicle came in which was nice and saved a long drive. I would have rated higher if not for sales guy being non responsive to an issue since we paid for for a protective package that they offered and sold us to add a clear bra to vehicle. The next morning it is peeling off the bumper. Initial sales guy answered almost instantly and said they would get back to us after speaking to the contractor. they were supposed to arrange to fix this. Now I have texted and called and got no response. We paid for this and the day after it is peeling. As far as we are concerned they are responsible and now avoiding. More
Follow Through is Important I was thoroughly disappointed in my experience with the Lynnwood location. I would expect a luxury center for luxury cars to be a little more accommod I was thoroughly disappointed in my experience with the Lynnwood location. I would expect a luxury center for luxury cars to be a little more accommodating. They kept my vehicle for 3 weeks because they said that they couldn't find the root cause for the short. Then they had to order the part. Then the technician guy that was on hand was sick and apparently no one else can work on it but him. They wanted to charge me $2500 for new breaks, $1500 for new tires and another $500 to fix the sensor on the right front wheel. In addition, even though this was only a 2017 car - the J on the Jaguar began to loosen and eventually fell off. I asked if they could orger the part and they said yes but never ordered it. Now I have taken my JAG to Tacoma and they seem to be a lot quicker and more communicative re-the progress on vehicle. Unfortunately, I have to wait until th 14th because that's the soonest that they could get me in AND provide me with a loaner. Jag has left a horrible taste in my mouth and for the money I spent on a luxury. xxxxty, xxxxty, xxxxty. More
Follow up on tire problem I recently purchased a used Lexus RX with all wheel drive from Jaguar Land Rover and when it went in for a complimentary oil change we were told there I recently purchased a used Lexus RX with all wheel drive from Jaguar Land Rover and when it went in for a complimentary oil change we were told there was a problem tire with a damaged side wall and it should be replaced, we got an estimate for a new tire from the service department. I wrote a review to that effect and was immediately contacted by the Salesman that sold me the car saying he wanted to make it right they had originally missed the tire damage. On further examination I found out one tire had already been replaced, and the tread differential between the other tires and a new tire was greater than recommended for an all wheel drive car. We ended up putting all new tires on the car, I paid for two and Jaguar Land Rover paid for two. Although I really didn't want to have to buy tires for the car I had just purchased, it was an up-grade to new tires. Tim, my salesman, was professional and friendly throughout, and took care of it for me. More

I understand that the dealership is under construction and perhaps you are attempting to make things better, but my experience was horrible. I waited 2 hours in the service department office sitting on a crappy couch. No TV, WiFi, refreshments... nothing! The neighborhood Jiffi Lube has more to offer. At least you have kind service managers, but they have nothing to work with. You couldn’t create a temporary waiting area during construction? It took 2 hours to program a key fob for my Range Rover which I had an appointment for a month. Needless to say I’m not impressed. More
