I was casually checking out an F Type when Alex Lake, the Sales Manager approached me and introduced himself. He was very friendly and took the time to show me several cars and offered me a test drive. I declined only because I was truly just looking. As I was about to leave, he introduced me to Brent Tsujii, Sales Specialist. Brent was friendly and knowledgeable. I explained to him that I had two more months on my Infiniti lease and that I was just exploring my options as far as my next car. He educated me on some things about leasing that I did not know. For example, that I could trade in my lease Infiniti and forego some of the fees and costs such as wear and tear and tire replacement which ended up saving me a great deal of money. Afterwards, he offered me a test drive and I accepted. After spending a few minutes in the F Type, I realized that I had just discovered my new car. Brent worked on getting me the F Type that I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. Brent introduced me to the Finance Manager, Taylor Johnson. She made signing my life away very painless and was great to work with. Every staff member that I met was friendly and personable and made my visit pleasurable and easy. More
