Best Customer Service I have only owned my car for a short period of time and it has been in service several times already. I know, not fun, but each time I bring it in, they listen to my concerns respectfully and address the issues. One time I was getting ready to leave for a doctors appointment and my battery was dead. By the time I got back from my appointment, they had my Velar towed from my garage to their store and had a rental waiting for me when I arrived. What could have been a nightmare day, wasn't because Land Rover of Seattle took care of me and value me as a customer. I always require a loaner car because of my crazy schedule and they are more than accommodating with that. More

I appreciated the fact that he didn't then bombard me with calls and emails as requested. I made a decision after test driving other competitor vehicles to lease the Land Rover. I worked with Austin and Alex to find the right vehicle exclusively through email which I very much appreciated. Both were very responsive and ultimately helped me secure the right vehicle and the right lease offer by pulling a car from their sister store in Bellevue. Everything was negotiated and ready to go upon my arrival at the dealership for delivery day. Jay was even so kind as to pick me up in the vehicle a few miles away where I was returning my prior lease. I would add one comment and it has nothing to do with the dealership but rather with the negotiated finance company for Land Rover leasing (Chase Bank)...credit cards should be allowed for down payments on leases. I was caught unpleasantly surprised that this wasn't allowed due to Chase's policy. I have leased many vehicles including BMW, Mercedes, Jeep, Infiniti, and it was allowed in all of these instances. To remain competitive in this space, this contract should be renegotiated with Chase...credit card usage is the way of the future... More

My Velar sat 2 weeks at the dealer and my issue is NOT Fixed My car has 11k miles. Been to the dealer maybe 10 times already. Had the lane departure sensors replaced after 3 failed test from the technicians (Fin My car has 11k miles. Been to the dealer maybe 10 times already. Had the lane departure sensors replaced after 3 failed test from the technicians (Finally fixed it) then my Auto Start need a module repair (Issue still exciting) my car was shut off and never started again (had to be pushed away from the signal light). Remind you this is 2018 Range Rover Velar. My collision avoidance AEB is not working and still not working and the dealer said they can’t test it!!!!???? My breaks make loud squeaking noise and had the vehicle at the dealer for 2 weeks and I’ve been told they need to capture a video of my vehicle making this noise (2 weeks couldn’t capture the video) and just returned it to me. ISSUE IS NOT FIXED I have the remote app and saw they drive it for 10 minutes to probably get coffee or food then go back and claim they can’t capture the noise. They need a video to send to LR corporate I guess to give a green light to replace them. What a joke!!!! Sally is a good service advisor but she is in the wrong business. They are trying have her lie to me and I have a record of all my trip. The lead tech told her they drove my car daily to check and my car sat for 4 days and no one checked it (I have the app to track my car) just don’t lie please!!!! More

Excellent service Sally made sure the problem was fixed appropriately and in a timely manner. I needed a my water pump replaced. When I came in to pick it up, the team Sally made sure the problem was fixed appropriately and in a timely manner. I needed a my water pump replaced. When I came in to pick it up, the team realized a belt was squealing (thanks to the water leak). They replaced the belt on the spot before I left. Saved me a long drive back for follow-up. Thanks!
