Jaguar If you want your car back in one piece, don't take it there, they have absolutely no knowledge, or care in the world for your cars needs, was in for a If you want your car back in one piece, don't take it there, they have absolutely no knowledge, or care in the world for your cars needs, was in for a simple coolant drain and refill ended up taking it back 3 times, last time it had to be towed due to overheating and low cooalent showing inn the dash after just having the service done, and then when waiting for repair there, it got hit by a costumers car,, smashed the from end of my car, took a month to get it back, only to experience that suddenly all the antifreeze coolant left the car, leaking out from underneath, and now I have to arrange for a tow once again in order for my car to be fixed, just not at Jaguar Land Rover dealership,, management over there sucks also, they have no care for you as a customer, poor communication also, even after my car was smashed there there was little feedback from them and that include Austin Bailey the general manager,, and Alex Lake, and no loaner car while waiting for my car to get fixed, and i was waiting for 4 weeks , and when car was finally ready to be picked up, there was no service for a shuttle to pick me up, so have to make my own arrangements, so again you might want to think twice about taking your car there, you might just end up paying more than you are bargaining for, still cannot believe i newer was discounted the amount i payed for the first service after the drain and refill, went for less than 10 miles and there was the light again stating low coolant, just not acceptable at all ..... More
