New vehicle experience. I completed my research online & then stopped by the dealership unannounced. Brent was unavailable upon my arrival but Alex Lake welcomed me & had Tim I completed my research online & then stopped by the dealership unannounced. Brent was unavailable upon my arrival but Alex Lake welcomed me & had Tim assist me. We test drove a Evoque & returned to the dealership. Tim & I then sat down to discuss the pricing & trade in which can always be a uncomfortable process. Tim did his best to make the process a decent experience. Once we finally agreed upon a deal, Tim arranged to have the vehicle delivered from the Bellevue dealership. I went home & waited for Tim to txt me that the vehicle & the fiance team was ready for me. Mel the finance person was great & seem to have my best interest in mind. I had my financing prearranged through my credit union & the process went much smoother than I had anticipated. Brent helped me transition from my old vehicle to the Evoque & reviewed all of the electronics. The sales staff & finance person were great. Now we'll see how the Service Dept. is going forward. I expect them to treat me just as well. Thank you for a better than expected experience with a dealership. More

You only get what you pay for. The reason I am giving the rating that I am giving at the moment is because I felt I went in there with a problem and they did not go over and Beyond The reason I am giving the rating that I am giving at the moment is because I felt I went in there with a problem and they did not go over and Beyond to figure out what the problem is but charged me a diagnostic fee anyway. The most irritating part is that when I came to pick my vehicle up, they suggested to me what they think might be the problem but no one even went further to check what they think the problem could be. I am supposed to make another appointment and pay for another diagnostic test. I feel that is completely unfair. More

Sean was an assured, honest guide throughout the sales process, and the only delays came from my personal shenanigans with financing. Negotiation was clear, honest, and upfront - yes there was some back and forth but it was driven by me wanting a unique deal, not any sort of dealer “tricks.” We drove off in the car of my partner’s dreams for a fair price - you cannot ask for more. Once we agreed on the basics of the deal to purchase - I then worked with Taylor in Finance. She was also very helpful and clearly explained Warrant options. I ended up with a car I love at a price that was competitive....definitely a better overall experience than I've ever had with a car dealership. Kudos to the whole Team! More
