Not sure what they did except wreck my rear window view They had my brand new I-Pace for over a week to update the software. The problems I had emailed them about ahead of time still exist. I still cannot They had my brand new I-Pace for over a week to update the software. The problems I had emailed them about ahead of time still exist. I still cannot get Apple Car Play, there is still a whistling with the AM radio (explanation was it is the acceleration of the car), and the passenger air bag light is still orange and “off”. It may be that the car is problematic, but I researched the I-Pace for six months and participated in the YouTube car forums, and it appears they are still getting great reviews. So I am reluctant to add mine at this time. Also, the tape from the temporary license plate is really stuck on the glass for good. I tried GooOff, a putty knife, and an abrasive sponge for over five minutes and cannot get it to come off. And the upper tape is so high up it is behind the panel and I cannot get my hand in there to even try to remove it. The tape is extremely irritating to look at. Unfortunately I bought the extended warranty so am going to have to use them for years to come. But at least Sally -and all of them- was nice, making the overall experience better. The reason I am marking this as a sales review rather than service, is I have been working with Sean and Brent on these issues, am still working with them, and I think this entire frustrating experience may be from their unfamiliarity with the I-Pace. That is why I’m not reporting back to the YouTube auto review community as of yet. The car drives like a dream, and I did confirm that with a comment, however, I’ll wait to comment on this very frustrating situation with these electronic challenges for another week. But I will be letting the community know I would not buy an I-Pace in Seattle because they don’t know the car well enough. I also looked at Vancouver BC and am wishing I went with them as of right now. But we’ll see how it goes. More
