Excellent service representative but... Taylor was very patient and did his best during the time of handling my vehicle issues. It seemed that they were extremely busy and short handed but o Taylor was very patient and did his best during the time of handling my vehicle issues. It seemed that they were extremely busy and short handed but overall Taylor gets a good 5 star review. I took my vehicle over a week ago to address 2 major issues and one minor, Bluetooth connectivity to my Note 9 phone stopped working after my last visit where they updated some software, took over a week for them to tell me that they can't do anything about it because it's a phone that's not listed on the compatibility list - we are talking about a 2018 discovery sport I am confident they didn't even try to troubleshoot it, got my car back without a fix in sight. Issue two was fixed - stop start feature didn't work but they fixed it. The last "minor issue" was my back right tire sensor kept going off constantly and I took it to the dealer at least three times and they always brushed it as temperature changes - BS, my last visit they discovered that there is a nail on the side of the tire and the tire needed to be replaced - I replaced it with a new tire but this confirms my suspension that their mechanic and inspections are BS, they most likely don't even actually try to figure out the issue. I am extremely disappointed with their technicians and therefore chances of me getting a new Landover in the future are slim to none unless they get their act together and actually have compitant technicians. More
