When I did finally buy a car, I came in somewhat late on a Saturday and Brent was really nice about it. No Loaners - overpriced service I asked for a loaner car when I booked an appointment. When I got there, I was told the policy had changed and that they no longer gave loaners when I asked for a loaner car when I booked an appointment. When I got there, I was told the policy had changed and that they no longer gave loaners when cars were out of warranty. Huh! I bought the car there, I could just as easily drive to the closer Bellevue dealership. Why should I come here. To make matters worse, they sent me to Enterprise, that did not have any cars. They could have called first. I wasted an hour and a half being ferried around to different locations and then had to drive home on 99. I paid 1500 bucks for what seemed to be an oil change and a glorified inspection. More
