There might be a slight miscommunication in that the dealer may expect me to reach out and I was waiting for them to call. But anyways, the service itself is absolutely delightful. It was one of the worst days after the huge snowstorm in Seattle and they are still open and running. They are really friendly and courteous and they communicated very well on what's being done and when it can get done. The loaner car for me was covered completely in snow originally. But they actually spent quite some time to clear the snow before handing it to me, which is very nice of them. The service itself is well done. And they even helped me put on my plate free of charge and in one transaction. So very happy with this experience. More
