Actually it was pretty amazing I spent over two years looking for my next vehicle and I visited your location 2 or 3 times. When I bought my vehicle elsewhere it was primarily due t I spent over two years looking for my next vehicle and I visited your location 2 or 3 times. When I bought my vehicle elsewhere it was primarily due to the fact that this model and trim wasn’t on your lot. It also was partially due to your sales staff. I feel like they didn’t believe that I would ever buy a car when the truth is I knew what I wanted and never once had a follow up call with them having this car with brown interior in two years. Even when you got some I’d see on the website no call. Since I wasn’t buying when they saw me they weren’t interested I believe. From the first call I had with Shinee to get assistance with my new car I feel supported as an owner of your brand. I was impressed not only just the amount of information she could provide me about my new purchase but she took her time providing amazing customer service. She scheduled me an appt and my first experience in your service department was also great. My appt was scheduled for an hour and I took full advantage of the available office and WiFi to conduct what ended up being 3 hours of productive work. I asked that help me with setting up remote start with was extremely nice to get done while here. Nat and another gentlemen from service came and gave me a detailed report on my car and told me it was being cleaned then I could go. Shinee returned shortly after for a full review and sign offs. Job well done exceeding my expectations. More

I can’t imaging taking my FType and Discovery anywhere else. Shinee(pronounced Shi-nay)LaFleur efficient in solutions,not the least bit intimidating, extensive knowledge into many different high performance vehicles is a delight to have as my point person. Frankly, while many people probably avoid their cars service department, I find it’s educational and comforting to know my beloved cars are in such professional hands. More
Great before purchasing, not so much after I wanted to get a range rover with black exterior package. They initially don't have the one I want in store, but they help me find some similar ones, I wanted to get a range rover with black exterior package. They initially don't have the one I want in store, but they help me find some similar ones, and we were able to land on a range rover. The sale rep is diligent and helpful, before the sale. They promised to change the color of the letters and trims as part of the sale. Now that I have paid for the car, they all of a sudden become very unresponsive. I have sent 4 messages, made 2 phone calls, and sent multiple emails asking for the status update on the parts/appointment. Every time they told me that they are checking with the service department, but after two weeks I got nothing. I don't know if this is a coincidence or this is just how they treat their customers. But I'm not that happy right now. More

Agent very pleasant - general experience terrible It’s hard not to laugh at this unbelievable experience I had at the Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Lynwood. Don’t get me wrong, the agents themselve It’s hard not to laugh at this unbelievable experience I had at the Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Lynwood. Don’t get me wrong, the agents themselves were perfectly nice and pleasant to talk to… it’s just this overall experience that convinces me… never, is too soon to consider every buying these types of vehicles in the future… A few days before my appt, my “service required” light came on when I started my car. I wasn’t surprised by this as it was about 2 weeks away from me being due for my standard oil change. Terrible Experiences: 1) The service agent that was helping me talked to me about the mileage on car and that there is some service required coming due, for record I am 6k miles away from this “major service”. After I told her I was not interested in paying for that service she switched paperwork back to the receipt for the oil change and crossed out with pen the original amount indicated and computer printed on the receipt and hand wrote an amount that was about $50 more than what was printed. I immediately asked her if my declining the “additional service” she was trying to sell me on, that is not required for another 6k miles, impacted me now appearing to being charged more for the standard oil change… she said no, the lower amount was an old amount and the new standard is what I was being charged… I’m sorry, your company sells cars for upwards of 100k is LR really telling me they won’t pay to update the system to have amounts charged to customers match the receipt? Just like any retailer, you should honor the price that is clearly printed by the computer on the official form, and not need your service agents to cross off and hand write. 2) When I got my car back, I got in to drive away… but guess what, my “Service required” light was still on. I went back in and it was explained to me that “they will not reset the service required light if only maintenance is performed… and an oil change is maintenance, not service”… I’m sorry --- WHAT! I was then informed “that Jaguar/Land Rover (J/LR) has a service they recommend EVERY YEAR that includes inspecting the belts and replacing filter among a couple other inspections and maybe some lubricant somewhere… and that an oil change was apart of that service”… let me add, the tier of the service shown to me was $900 - $1300 – depending how many things you want them to inspect… I heard that as a glorified oil change since there really isnt anything they “touch” other than an oil filter change… I told the service agent that never in years of owning my car has ANYONE ever mentioned that J/LR requires a yearly “service” in addition to the yearly “maintenance” of the standard oil change. Which btw: they do visual inspections of their brakes, belts etc on a standard oil change…. They reset my “service required” light but informed me that it will come on every year because “1) the age of my vehicle or 2) the mileage of my vehicle”… I asked her what happens if I have the “service” performed… she said, it doesn’t matter, the light will come on every year because J/LR has a yearly suggested “service” to be perform … in addition to the “maintenance” of an oil change… 3) Charging for topping off fluids like window washer fluid… I’m sorry, I am paying a couple hundred dollars for an oil change and you want to tack on an additional $7 to add window washer fluid… which if I were to go to ANY other corner shop they provide it free as a part of the service… To add salt to the wound, I was told their fluid only consists of a small amount of concentrate that gets added to water… so, I take that as they want to charge $7 for water… If I bring in my own water bottles, do you think they would save me the cost… lol More
