Never trust a car dealership. Get everything in the most explicit written language possible. They have tried three times to get out of honoring their promise to replace damaged parts right up to my bringing the car back in after the ONE part they ordered and installed fell off in a parking lot and they accused me of running into something and breaking the tabs that hold the part on. Their suggestion was to epoxy the front tow cover onto the front bumper. YEAH! They are a luxury brand, and they act like a bargain brand. This is the THIRD car I've purchased from this dealership, and this is how they reward a loyal client. NO MORE. I will not be purchasing another vehicle and I will refrain from servicing the vehicle I now have at this dealership. I will be selling this car just so I don't have to deal with this dealership again. Mercedes . . I'm coming back!!!! More

The entire staff was amazing to work with. Just moving here from out of state and having a silly curb shot with my nice wheels was very sad as we couldn’t repair 100% , so we needed new wheels Just moving here from out of state and having a silly curb shot with my nice wheels was very sad as we couldn’t repair 100% , so we needed new wheels and tires😂 on an older car 2012. It was so hard to believe that there were only a few very limited options... however, Eric and his team... Even when he was away through Holidays... kept in communication the entire time ( which was a couple weeks) and never left me hanging with options/answers. They were on line and helping me w every possibility and being honest with all. Then at pick up... the manager came to greet me and allowed me to leave my wheels there as I needed the back seat as I had to travel by ferry and had family with me. Can not say how impressed I am with this crew. Awesome PEOPS!!! More

Second visit in this time for warranty work This is probably the best service department at a dealership I have ever had. My service agent, Shinee is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Buying a Velar I knew that I was going to get anew vehicle and wasn’t going to get a newer version of my last car (Audi Allroad wagon) . I had a better experience b I knew that I was going to get anew vehicle and wasn’t going to get a newer version of my last car (Audi Allroad wagon) . I had a better experience buying the Velar then I had buying other high end cars, I.e. Mercedes Benz and BMWs. Sean was very helpful in showing me how to interface with the impressive amount of software in the Velar. More
