The service rep asked what the issue was and I said the AC is working intermittently. He wrote that down and sent me a text a week later to tell me that your techs had diagnosed the issue and that the AC was working intermittently. This diagnostic cost me over $300. I was also told that to start the repair that the AC control unit would need to be replaced at the cost of over $1000 but that this repair may not actually solve the problem. I chose to drive my BMW at that point and park the Jag. For your attention to this matter, I will give you a 1 out of 10. Regards More
