Keep forgetting to wash and vacuum Sally is lovely, but this is the second time they have forgotten to wash and vacuum my car when it was in for service. It may seem trite, but in this Sally is lovely, but this is the second time they have forgotten to wash and vacuum my car when it was in for service. It may seem trite, but in this rainy cold northwest weather, I DO NOT want to be out washing and vacuuming my car this time of the year. They had my car from 8am one day until noon the next day. When I noticed it wasn't vacuumed, she asked if I wanted to wait for it to be done. I DO NOT always have time in my schedule to wait around for things like this to be done. Please do it during the 28 hours that you had the car. When I bought a Range Rover and paid Range Rover prices, I expected the service to be near perfection. When I arrived home, I also noticed that it hadn't been washed. Very disappointed. More
Bringing a car up-to-date I have a 7 year old Jaguar XF that needed some TLC. I needed to have my front brakes evaluated after my off-market experience proved to be costly and I have a 7 year old Jaguar XF that needed some TLC. I needed to have my front brakes evaluated after my off-market experience proved to be costly and unsafe. I replaced the previous brakes with Jaguar Front Brake Pads and Rotors. I also had a faulty inside Dome Lamp unit which was replaced and carbon pads installed. A total vehicle inspection was performed and new carpets purchased. All work was performed professionally and I was informed as required. All work was explained to my satisfaction. I used a courtesy vehicle and all arrangements were clear and well organized. The facility was clean and comfortable. I was given a private office to use as I needed. The work performed and the overall experience "exceeded expectations". More

We called 30 min before arriving and only had to wait a few minutes before the car was brought around for our inspection and test drive. We worked with Rob Christman. He was friendly and created a low pressure buying experience. The dealership was outstanding, there were ample complimentary beverages and snacks and a small play room for our son. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman. More

I had a door latch problem where my driver side front door wouldn't latch close. Shinee was able to get me in 2 days earlier than scheduled (for an oil change) and got my RRS back to me the next day (washed and vacuumed as always). My absolute favorite...I never had to call once! I'm always on the go and not always available for a phone call during my day. I literally sent a text message to JLR Seattle at 8:14pm on a Sunday night and got a reply back at 8:04am the very next day letting me know that I could bring my RRS in the next hour. Most of our communication was over text which worked out really well because I could reply as I needed to when I had the time. Great experience so far! More
