I have had to return for completion at each visit I have owned my vehicle for one year CPO and was turned down loaner. I have owned a VW 10 years and still get a loaner. I have payed 1k for service and they did not even reset my service indicator, so I deal with it or have to return to get it reset. For the money I spent I would expect better service. VW gave it to me. More

No follow-through on a brand new purchase Very disappointed with my second purchase of a 2018 Discovery Sport at your dealership . It Took 4-1/2 hours to put a deal together after driving 3-1/2 hours to the dealership. After getting home and checking over the vehicle, I noticed a factory invoiced part was not on the vehicle. I called the sale rep Jay who never followed up. Then a week later called the SalesMgr who promised me he would overnight the part and also email me the tracking # which never happened. Today I called again and was told that you actually ordered one from the factory. It would have been nice if some told me that. I have been worried that it was going to be relived on my porch and someone could have stolen it. Needless to say, this was not the great great experience I had previously and was expecting a better experience than I had. I drove clear across the state when I could have drove 20 minutes to the Portland Landrover. Guess I will for my next vehicle. More

Dealing with a friend! I had been looking for a car for almost 2 years not in any hurry to just buy something but rather wanted to find the right car for me. I was referred to Seattle Jaguar Land Rover Seattle and in particular Car expert Jay Harris. He was so delightful and informative....not pushy, I felt like I was dealing with a friend. I bought a Jaguar F-Pace S 2019 right off the showroom floor. The follow thru and attention to detail was off the chart. So darn happy with my new car. Thanks Jay for being a rock star! More
