I was particularly impressed by how well the Bellevue and Seattle dealerships collaborated. My journey began in Bellevue and my sales person Randy did a great job of diving deeply into all of the great features of the car. When it turned out that the one I wanted was in Seattle, he drove out there with me to help complete the deal. Everything was great except for the computer systems and antiquating printing environment that still required carbon copy signing. Because of this, we had to wait in line to process the deal for about an hour. Jaguar needs to put as much innovation into the sales support systems as they do the product. More
