Recall Service Service manager told me there were a recall service while I have regular maintenance service. They didn't take care of the recall with the service. After the recall service, I found the airbag warning light on. I had to bring my car again to take care of the airbag warning light. Total waist my time! More

Had many hiccups with the service. Ultimately it worked out. Went in for a deisel exhaust fuel top up on a Saturday. First surprise, the dealer forgot to inform me that my first service was due two months ago, a Went in for a deisel exhaust fuel top up on a Saturday. First surprise, the dealer forgot to inform me that my first service was due two months ago, and I have to pay out of pocket for this service. Shinee blamed it on the sales team that coordinated my purchase. Second surprise, Shinee gave me an eta of 1 hour, actual service took 2.5 hours to complete. Even with a wash included, twice as long to as promised ETA was unexpected. Third hiccup, despite the delay, I was advised that the computer wouldn’t recognize the fuel top up, and that I should bring the vehicle back during a weekday if the warning doesn’t go away after 40 miles of driving. I could only make time on the weekends - as I get off work late, so I asked they hold onto to the car until the next weekday and fix the warning indicator. Because I don’t have another vehicle, I requested a loaner car and asked that my car be dropped off after repair. Shinee refused drop off service and said I would have to pay for loaner car if I couldn’t come and pick up my car as soon as it was fixed. I decided it didn’t work out, and decided to make arrangements to leave work early if the warning message didn’t go off. Fourth Hiccup, after the service was done, I noticed a dent on the driver side. I was surprised at the careless treatment of my car in an official jaguar dealership. Shinee offered to fix the dent and the warning message, a loaner car and drop off service once my car was fixed. Apparently, software sync issues warrant inconveniencing the customer, but a dent doesn’t. Shinee didn’t earn my trust that day. However, she/dealership cane through and made it right ultimately. Which is why I would go back to them again. I hope their service is consistent going forward, and they earn my trust. More

Warrenty service request I had to take my car in for a CEL. The car is under warranty so no big deal there. However during the scheduling I forgot to mention I needed a loaner I had to take my car in for a CEL. The car is under warranty so no big deal there. However during the scheduling I forgot to mention I needed a loaner. During the day of the maintenance, Sally noted I did not opt for a loaner even though I needed one. She went out of her way along with another lady (I forgot her name) who managed the loaners to get me a car that day. Such great service! More
