We went in on a Saturday and they helped us find the perfect fit for us. They managed this even while dealing with two trade in vehicles. Thinking we were going to go with a full size Range Rover, after listening to our needs they also pointed out the Velar. After test driving it it is the vehicle we ended up going with. This was amazing to us since the usual experience with a car dealership is to sell you the most expensive car they possibly can. After taking delivery Sean and Brent even had our new car ready and drove to our house 35 miles from the dealership to pick up our trade ins...over and above the call of duty! Also I have to mention the FABULOUS experience in finance with Mel. What a wonderful, smooth and do I dare say “enjoyable” experience? Yes I can!!! He processed us through, pointed out a few additional protection plans not trying to stuff a bunch we totally didn’t or wouldn’t need down our throats and sent us on our way. He even made sure there was a birthday bow on the hood for pictures! All of this said Land Rover/Jaguar of Seattle has won our loyalty hands down!!!! Thank you gentlemen!!! Sticker Shock; Not Very Accomodating; Not Very Friendly. I don't think I would recommend your dealership for parts and service because your prices for parts and your labor are much too expensive. When everything was done I had paid out nearly $1,000.00. Simply said, I can't afford your prices. When I came home I looked up the price of the items you sold to me and found them for nearly half the price or better. I also had your parts dept. give me a quote for a roof rack yesterday as well. The price was $1058.00. So, I probably will not be coming back to your dealership for parts and service unless it is absolutely necessary. I learned a very "expensive" lesson yesterday, especially when I can get parts and service elsewhere much cheaper. Both my husband and I are retired and on a fixed income and can ill afford your prices and your labor costs. More
