These words accurately describes our car buying experience with this dealership. Sales manager of the dealership named Dario Grafer made this all happened. He was acting unbelievably ignorant and extremely rude to my family for no reasons. Here is what happened. We are an active-duty military family who lives in Tacoma and on 09/08/18, we visited this dealership for this pre-owned mini cooper that my wife found online that she liked. During the negotiation process, we asked our salesperson to please ask her management team that how much they paid for this vehicle so we can better understand about their asking price. Few minutes later, this man with mad face came back with our salesperson and started his speech by saying "I pay 1 dollar for trade!". He said this to us with very angry manner, so we were very shocked. And he pointed his finger at me and asking, "you know how much they pay to make your jacket? You don’t know? So I’m not going to tell you how much we paid for this car!” We didn’t quite understand why he is being so rude to us so we asked him to get us another sales manager. Then he says “I’m the only one who can sell you this vehicle! There is no other person!” At this point I asked him to leave us and he says "This is my dealership, you leave". So I asked my wife to leave with me. When we walked out, my wife started crying because she felt harassed and insulted. She really liked the vehicle so she was also very upset that she lost her chance to buy the car. Happy wife, happy life, I went back in and had a chance to talk with another sales manager. He apologized to me and took over from there. We ended up buying the vehicle but left this Jaguar Land Rover Dealership Seattle with horrendous experience. Until we leave, the sales manager, Dario Grafer didn't apologize to us at all. We never got treated by someone this disrespectful way in our life. Only thing that we can think of why he treated us this way is that maybe because we were there for pre-owned vehicle and we are Asian-Americans. We felt racism from him. More
Very low key.. I love it! Honestly, I am still surprised on how easy this car purchases was. Jay knew his stuff and was so easy to work with. Check up on new car I was sent a card asking to come in and have fluids checked, recall check and update of systems. It also mentioned that I would receive a car wash an I was sent a card asking to come in and have fluids checked, recall check and update of systems. It also mentioned that I would receive a car wash and vacuuming. I was told when I made the appointment it would take about half an hour. Upon my arrival I was told that the appointment should have been rescheduled, yet they could probably fit me in and it would take all day. Prior to that I had only received a text confirming my appointment. I am not aware of anyone trying to contact me to reschedule the appointment. An Uber was set up with no issue. Sally followed up and made sure that there was an Uber to pick me up later in the day. Upon walking into the service department, I waited for about 5 minutes before someone came to help me. Getting into my car it was obvious that they had cleaned the drivers side floor mat, yet that is all that was done with the interior of the car. The outside maybe was washed, however there were dirt marks on the out side of the front and back windshield. I did have the car washed about 5 days before, however I don't remember the dirt marks being there before. Sally was great, however I felt the overall service was only ok. More
