The process followed can be unfair and frustrating though. They should not proceed with examining the problem when the customer already knows the problem. I was charged $159.00 for something I already knew and had communicated to the service agent. And since they did not have the part in stock i am required to make a second appt. after the part arrives and repeat the $159.00 charge a second time to access the failed part plus replacement costs. Paying twice for something that can be easily avoided is frustrating from a customer perspective. Paying about $800.00 to replace a plastic windshield washer bottle seems a bit much. I did learn a lesson though.......never agree to a review of a known problem unless they have a replacement part in-stock. More

Steering wheel shaking after new tires After spending almost 2 thousand dollars for new tires and 4 wheel alignment our rover had a bad steering shake brought it back and dealership said it After spending almost 2 thousand dollars for new tires and 4 wheel alignment our rover had a bad steering shake brought it back and dealership said it was tire balance. They rebalanced all 4 tires said it was corrected. We drove it and it was worse. Brought it back again another rebalance and it got even worse then before. They seem to not want to admit they sold us defective tires. Will be bringing it back for a forth time and going to demand new tires. Horrible customer service More

The one item that is generally a bit frustrating is the time it takes to sign, seal and deliver the new vehicle. This expereince in Lynwood at the Jaguar dealership was less than 1 1/2 hours.... Most of the other experiences have been 2 to 3 hours.....which causes one to think about another purchase on the next go around..... Not with Brent and Mel at Lynwood Jaguar. It was precise, quick and to the point. Thank you for a great experience! More
