Worked with Shinee for the first time this last week and she was great. Got me in quick for a 2nd follow up appointment when my headlight went out unexpectedly. Dmitri Mordekhov the company GM is the best in the industry in my opinion. He has always come through for me when I've had any issues. More
Servicing overheat Dealt with Eric Mahan, Service Specialist. Had overheat during rush hour traffic in Seattle. I called Eric once able to get off freeway (no place to Dealt with Eric Mahan, Service Specialist. Had overheat during rush hour traffic in Seattle. I called Eric once able to get off freeway (no place to pull over). Eric guided me through procedures for getting car in to the dealership. Car towed in after service was closed. Was given specific instructions where to put car and drop off keys. Eric called in the morning to confirm that they had the car and would start troubleshooting procedures to determine if there was damage to the engine. He called back later in the day with good news--no engine damage. Faulty thermostat was the problem with a melted housing. Parts were ordered and in relatively short order car was fixed. Vehicle is a 2008 Jaguar XJ8. More

Let me first say that I have bought Land Rovers from Land Rover of Seattle since 1996 and always from Sean Hennessey - Kent (and he is great). Sean even connected with me to catch up when I came back to pick up the car. My first problem with the service area is there is no acknowledgement of customer loyalty. My second issue is the service team is always selling something. My 3rd challenge is I asked for a certain contact number be used and it wasn't used. Finally, and this is the biggest issue, there are never alternatives offered for how to fix a problem. Sally was extremely nice and pleasant, but when spending $5,000 I would like options, choices, and alternatives. More
