I live 2 blocks from the Orloff Land Rover dealership in Chicago (literally on the same street). I visited Orloff when starting the shopping process for my Range Rover Evoque. I refused to purchase from them and drove 45 minutes to Patrick Land Rover in Naperville. I was immediately greeted and treated with amazing customer service. They treated me like a friend and didn't once try to sell me or push me into something I wasn't interested in. Christopher Peterson was amazing with email and phone communication and always kept me in the loop on where the vehicle was in the production process and when I could expect it to be delivered. He has called me multiple times since picking up the vehicle to check in and make sure everything is running as-expected. I will not only recommend everyone I know to Patrick Land Rover, but will drive 45 minutes every time I need service or maintenance. Incredible customer service like that is hard to find and worth the drive, even though Orloff is in my back yard. If you go to Patrick Land Rover/Jaguar, ask for Christopher Peterson!!! More
