Disappointing service experience The employees in service are all very friendly, detailed and easy to work with. However, the dealerships attention to detail and resource levels are The employees in service are all very friendly, detailed and easy to work with. However, the dealerships attention to detail and resource levels are lacking. It took over two weeks to find an available appointment for the vehicle’s scheduled maintenance. When that day finally arrived. I was quite surprised to learn that that my vehicle would be kept for over a week. The explanation was given that the dealership was behind and that they can’t keep up with demand. (Having another dealership up in Nashville would be terrific, by the way.) The next opportunity was the loaner vehicle I was provided, which was dirty and riddled with a strange odor. The final disappointment came when my vehicle was returned to me out the normal wash and detail that is customary at every other Land Rover dealership I’ve visited across the country. This experience was not in line with what one would expect from a luxury retailer. More

After leaving dealership car was worst than before. Solution from Land Rover was to take the cart to Gateway tire. And why? Gateway balanced all tires that were way out of spec, Also, one rim is defective. So I offered to purchase rim in which price quoted is higher than i can purchase. Second issue is with air conditioner makes grinding sounds. More
