Terrible service team. They don’t like to service customers who didn’t buy their cars at that dealership. Their service manager is all about profit and wasting your time. Just picked up a 2020 Discovery SE. This was absolutely the best buyer experience I have ever had in 50 plus years. Friendly, courteous, accommodating does not begin to describe my experience. We purchased a used 2017 Range Rover Sport from an inferior dealership in MA and had some service issues that needed to be addressed. I can't say enough about Dominick in the Service Department. Fro inferior dealership in MA and had some service issues that needed to be addressed. I can't say enough about Dominick in the Service Department. From the 1st visit, and we had to go there 3 times in a week for different issues with the original dealership, Dominick was more than accommodating and went out of his way to ensure our issues were resolved in a quick and timely manner. Many times he told us to just come in and he would squeeze us in. The dealership was very clean and comfortable. I have to give kudos to Brandon as well as he spent over 45 minutes with us on our first visit to go over all of the options in the vehicle, as the selling dealership had no clue what any of the options were. I would highly recommend the service department, especially Dominick, for any and all service. Thank you, Rich & Wendy Edwards More

I am from California and was visiting family in Guilford when I needed service on my Range Rover before making the drive back. This dealer is such a pleasure to work with. Every member of the staff is exceptional and makes you feel welcome. I cant wait until I move to Guilford in 3 years so I can have an honest land rover dealer, very much unlike the ones in California. I recommend this dealer to anyone who actually wants the real Land Rover Experience and to feel valued as a Land Rover Customer.
