Jacob Wakamatsu is the WORST salesperson. He is unbelievably rude and has a terrible attitude. I wanted to purchase a car from out of state and when he contacted me he was very aggressive fro He is unbelievably rude and has a terrible attitude. I wanted to purchase a car from out of state and when he contacted me he was very aggressive from the jump. He insisted that I’d have to fly to Arizona to purchase the vehicle however I have purchased vehicles from out of state before. When I questioned it he made it clear that he didn’t care about my sale and that he wanted to meet quota by selling it in person this month but next month we could consider doing the sale remotely and “those are the only options.” He said “if you have money then you could fly here to purchase the car.” After going back and forth with him and him shutting me down, not letting me speak, I started getting frustrated and he hung up in my face. I cannot believe this man has a job in sales. Do not work with him. More
