Never go there I’ve purchased two trucks from land rover Farmington hills one in 2015 a Range Rover evoque two door kept cutting off on me and doing weird stuff had I’ve purchased two trucks from land rover Farmington hills one in 2015 a Range Rover evoque two door kept cutting off on me and doing weird stuff had the loaner more than my actual truck. Traded that truck in for a 2016 Range Rover evoque had it for two years within the two years truck kept being in the shop. Asked if I can trade it in but didn’t want another Range Rover still had negative equity on my car they didn’t want to help me exchange my car out or accommodate me for all the trouble I had with there car. Took my car back from them after being in the shop and traded it in and I no longer have that car and I will never go back to them ever More

Oil change I keep calling for appointment they never answer or get back to you. They don’t do an excellent job everytime missing something for instance my last v I keep calling for appointment they never answer or get back to you. Excellent Service Manager Even though my Land Rover didn't work out due to various problems, the service department was always top notch! My service advisor Justin also was caring and did his best to resolve every issue. In the end the Rover was not for me due to various problems but the service department scores a 5/5 in my book! Bad customer experience I order a pair of tires. I get a call to confirm my appointment. I drive two hours to the dealership and after an hour waiting, the advisor (Jim) come I order a pair of tires. I get a call to confirm my appointment. I drive two hours to the dealership and after an hour waiting, the advisor (Jim) comes over to tell me that one of the tires did not arrive. At that moment they offered me a loaner (when I requested a loaber before he said they did not have loaners available) and no real resolution for my time lost. It took me a call to his manager to get a resolution that was mutually acceptable. The manager (Joe) was excellent to deal with and I'm glad I was able to address my concern to him. Nevertheless, Jim does not really exemplifies world class customer experience. Please note that I also own a Mercedes Benz and I never had a similar issue in the Benz dealership. More

Poor service department I received a flier from the dealership advertising "Free Multipoint inspection". I called and inquired if this was truly free. I was told yes it was and I scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving I was told this was incorrect and I HAD to have a paid service. Because I took time off to drive to this location I booked the paid service and I had to leave my vehicle. This was because I was not scheduled (even though I had an appointment). I spoke to the service manager who told me the original service agent that checked me in was incorrect and I did NOT have to have a paid service. I asked for some discount because I was told differently and he did not. I am very let down on the whole situation. I have had service done here in the past with excellent results, but this time they dropped the ball. More
