Well i call to find out everything i needed and to inquire about a pre-owned suv, the sales person was nice on the phone he act like he would help me and work hard to get me in the car and did nothing inquire about a pre-owned suv, the sales person was nice on the phone he act like he would help me and work hard to get me in the car and did nothing i came all the way down thinking that he was going to work hard to get me the car i wanted or at lease work on trying to get me in a car and i had to call him all the time it seem like if you don't have alot of money or a high credit score your application will be brush to the side. the prices are high when you tell the sales person you want to work with a price you can afford he try to put me in a high price car, that my my note will be to much.He did not do all he could to help me i would never come to this dealership again the lady that was at the front desk was not friedly at all as i said if your score is not 800 or you don't have alot to put down you can hang it up.Thank god there are still some salesperson that is willing to truely help you and want to see your dream come true.Being at your job for 11yrs don't count at this dealership, you have to be rich to get some help!
