I brought my car in due to a leak in the windshield during rain or car wash. Quick turnover and was told the windshield needed to be replaced however it had been re-sealed until the back order windshie during rain or car wash. I was told to wait three days before taking into a car wash and no other directions. I waited 6 days and when I did the windshield leaked everywhere again. It is not fixed. I contacted the service rep Vanessa to make her aware. She asked if I could bring the car in again which I responded I would but asked times available. This was on 1/28/21. To date 2/4/21 I have not hear a word from her. More

The service department is inept at best, broken promise after broken promise, the last broken promise was Saturday after stating the car was ready for pick up and of course I drive there for the 4th time a after broken promise, the last broken promise was Saturday after stating the car was ready for pick up and of course I drive there for the 4th time and the vehicle still was not completed, then the service manager stated that my car would be delivered on Monday ( keep in mind this has been going on since September of 2020 and here I sit on Wednesday night with no vehicle, no phone calls and zero communication, our family has bought 14 cars collectively from the Fields auto group and I will insure that this is the last!!!!! I will post this on all review boards, absolutely ridiculous More
I’m disappointed in the sale department of Land Rover. My wife and I stopped for a review and she even took a test drive in one of the vehicles. The next day I emailed the sales representative for a lease qu wife and I stopped for a review and she even took a test drive in one of the vehicles. The next day I emailed the sales representative for a lease quote. I didn’t receive a response, called left a message and finally heard back. Yet the information received was on the wrong vehicle. So I drove back to the dealer from the other side of town to ensure I got the information I needed. I saw the sales representative, showed him the car and waited. He was unable to find the General Manager to get me a lease quote and promised to mail it. That was Thursday January 21st, 2021. Today is January 24th and I haven’t received the information or heard from anyone at the dealership. I even tried send a text messages using the site chat functionality with no response. Truly disappointing. More
