Excellent Experience This was my first experience at a Land Rover dealership as I just purchased a used Range Rover that needed service. Everyone I encountered was profess This was my first experience at a Land Rover dealership as I just purchased a used Range Rover that needed service. Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly, starting with the young lady I spoke to on the phone to make my appointment. I had initially contacted the Land Rover in Merritt Island, but they were "not friendly" and I'm glad I called Orlando. When I arrived, Harry greeted me then I worked directly with Adam and Nathan, who were all wonderful. When Adam stepped out, another young man assisted me and made sure I was set up in their conference room so I could work while my vehicle was being finished. Finally another young man stopped in the conference room twice just to see if I needed anything. Although I did not get their names, this group worked as a great team and made sure the customer was happy. I must say this was the best experience I've had getting any vehicle serviced! More
