From Cadillac to Land Rover I always thought I would own an Escalade but after doing some research, I found a well priced 2015 LR4 LUX [my favorite body style] at Land Rover Orla I always thought I would own an Escalade but after doing some research, I found a well priced 2015 LR4 LUX [my favorite body style] at Land Rover Orlando. I took it for a test drive and loved it. I received some of the best customer service ever from Matt Yates and I am sold on this dealership. Matt Yates made us feel like we were part of the Land Rover family right away. He answered all of our questions and concerns about this car and was extremely knowledgeable. Arthur Martinez was very thorough in going over the car. The service here is outstanding, exceeding all of our expectations. Every single request I made, they delivered. Even the financing process was painless. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I own 2 restaurants locally and know the importance about customer service.
