We, however, value our clients’ trust and do not act unethically. Our inventory is currently in high demand, and sales are made both remotely and at the dealership. The vehicle you were interested in purchasing was in the process of being sold to another customer while a different professional of ours was assisting you. Until that sale was final, the vehicle’s status remained as available in our system and to the knowledge of the professional you were working with.
