I bought a new car. Simple sale as I paid cash. Drove it home. Garage parked. Paid for Simonize Glass coat. Dealership picked up the car and brought it back. So deal Simple sale as I paid cash. Saw a chip on the door down to the metal when it was returned. Asked dealership for their help to get the chip resolved. Was told they would refer the matter to their manager. I’ve never heard from the manager now weeks later. Surprisingly poor customer service when I’ve handed them more than $82,000. I wasn’t placing blame, just wanted professional help to resolve the chip. I will never return to this dealership. More
