He's kind, intelligent, thorough,well spoken ,knows the product front and back and understands business and people, he's honest he treats me like I'm his family and my kids love him because he engages them when we are in the dealership. I can honestly say this man should own his own dealership but while he's selling cars I will be buying from him and only him. More

He kept me informed with every detail as it came to his desk and pushed for resolution. That made me feel like my case was a priority for the dealership. It’s been some time since my purchase now and I still stop by for this or that. Attitudes have not changed at all. I wanted to pay for car in full with a total control account check. Jake stated that they would have to run my credit to do so but couldn’t explain the policy and wasn’t able to present policy. I’m in middle of closing on a house and running my credit will not help with the closing. Jake was very condescending with his remarks and I felt racially profiled by the alleged policy More
