Not sure if I have enough experience to refer this dealership. - I went in today for assistance with the Jaguar App. - The service department advised the Sales department would have to assist me - Wal dealership. - I went in today for assistance with the Jaguar App. - The service department advised the Sales department would have to assist me - Walked me to the sales area. I was told since I didn’t purchase the car from a certified Jaguar dealership no one could help me unless I made a appointment for a service then the service department would be able to assist. - THE SAME SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT ADVISED EARLIER THEY DIDN’T HAVE ACCESS TO ASSIST ME! When I made it clear what I was hearing was unacceptable- Greg Peterson interrupted and asked what did I need help with. I told him my needs and me walked me to his office and stated he would help me. - It was a quick name change of the previous owners in the system. I come from the LEXUS family.
