AWEFUL Customer Service in the Service Department. Made an appointment online received confirmation of the appointment (10/25) and Glenn called me back the next day to cancel and say they didn't have that an appointment online received confirmation of the appointment (10/25) and Glenn called me back the next day to cancel and say they didn't have that appointment available . Then I was told to bring my car in on 10/26, took the day off work. When I got there they told me they couldn't work it in. Denise was very Rude and very defensive and said they were 3 weeks behind. I had an appointment confirmed and scheduled for November 2nd with a Loaner only to be told now that it isn't on the appointment book (their error) and they can't get it in again. Cannot get any answers, and no one will try to help. Horrible Customer Service. More
