I had an issue with my brakes for 3 years and was never fixed correctly and after 3 years he told me it was out of warranty. I asked for the availability of a used car and was told that it was indeed still available, however as I almost got to the dealership I was informed that the car was actually sold some time the previous ni that it was indeed still available, however as I almost got to the dealership I was informed that the car was actually sold some time the previous night even though I was told it was still available at 12 in the afternoon. And after the near 2 hour drive this was very disappointing and also upsetting to hear. More
GM and Finiance guy told me I had 45 days to decide if I wanted to keep the car. Purchase was Dec 12, 2023. I take the car back on the 40 day and guess what… The Finance guy, GM and sales guy have all been wanted to keep the car. Purchase was Dec 12, 2023. I take the car back on the 40 day and guess what… The Finance guy, GM and sales guy have all been fired so they wouldn’t even look into the statement they made about bringing it back. Not to mention they charged all kinds of crazy fees and now the car isn’t even worth trading in without losing a lot of money. Very shady practices used here to sell cars. Beyond disappointed. More

Horrible and deceitful dealership. These guys use more deceitful tactics than I’ve ever seen. Quite reminiscent of a 70s used dealership on a Vegas corner! Beware and steer clear. They refuse to accept your private financing and try to bully you into taking their higher interest financing as they get kickbacks. Advertised price isn’t legit either as they force you to accept their “treatment” package which is totally bogus as well. No spare tire or Jack found in the car after the fact and only one key for the vehicle. We were to receive a second key the following day but the salesman continues to blow us off. Dirty dealer tactics and low class all the way. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!! More
What a great service experience which these days are very rare. Tyler addressed all of my concerns, and went over everything meticulously with me.
