Beautiful vehicles, TERRIBLE service. The sales team is great and not pushy at all. I was surprised at how laid back they were and not twisting my arm into buying a vehicle like other dealerships have done great and not pushy at all. I was surprised at how laid back they were and not twisting my arm into buying a vehicle like other dealerships have done to me in the past. However, the service department is HORRIBLE. Not friendly. Oil changes may take multiple days for them to complete. When something breaks on your Land Rover, they are not accommodating and show little concern despite the fact that you've spent a lot of money at their dealership. Despite the occasional repairs needed, I still think my Range Rover is beautiful and fun to drive and would definitely consider getting another one. But I will consider driving to St. Pete to buy it because that's how terribly I've been treated and spoken to by their service department. Very unfortunate that a couple of rude employees have soured my feelings towards the whole brand. More
