I contacted Robert Martin from their website and wanted to make sure that the car I was interested in was available. He followed through within a couple of hours and I then called and we spoke on the phone and made an appointment to meet. We did a complete 360 and instead of replacing my Jaguar with another, we ended up leaving with a beautiful Range Rover. Adrian Cristea handled the paperwork in the financing department and was also courteous and professional, again no sales tactics in pushing extra warranties. Robert was knowledgeable of all the cars we viewed and carefully went through all the cars options and cared that we didn’t leave not knowing how to operate our new vehicle.
