Horrible Experience Long story short. I reach out to the Sarasota Land Rover to see if i was able to take advantage of the 0% financing they currently have due to COVID - Long story short. He called me several times and i finally reach out to him on 4/18. After giving him a long explanation of what i needed, based on my unique situation. I was in a very bad car accident back in Fed of 2020, my 2018 land rover sport was totaled. I had purchased a Velar but I was not happy and wanted to get back to my old vehicle. I expressed all of my concerns to Ken, he never said i am sorry to hear to where in a car accident, no emotions whatsoever. After he asked me to send him my VIN number and to send him some pictures. He gets back to me with numbers that would not work for me. I expressed that to him. After much discussion, he technically ended the conversation by saying " oh well, you made a mistake, you gotta live with it". I was shocked that a professional salesperson from a very respectable brand like Land Rover will say something like that to a customer. i am very disappointed. More
