Ruzhdi immediately responded and made himself free for us to come and check out the car. He qllowed us to go on an extended test drive which was nice, many dealers have a short drive that doesn't give you a feel for the car at all, this was just the opposite. Ruzhdi went above and beyond working with our credit situation and did a fantastic job all around. Will definitely be recommending both him and Adrian in finance to anybody we know who is looking for a vehicle! Extremely satisfied with our experience! More

Extraordinary Experience I’ll start by saying Ruzhdi gave a great impression right off the bat. I inquired about a Subaru WRX STI via Facebook and he not only responded almost I’ll start by saying Ruzhdi gave a great impression right off the bat. I inquired about a Subaru WRX STI via Facebook and he not only responded almost immediately, but continued to reply extremely fast throughout the day answering all of my many questions. He even went above and beyond when I asked of any blemishes by going out to the lot and taking very detailed pictures proving the car’s condition. Although they close at 6, I told him I wouldn’t be able to get there until after work about 5:45. I hit traffic, and he stayed later for me. I did not have the intention of purchasing the car that evening, but once I test drove it I fell in love. Mix that with the best customer service I’ve ever had from a dealership, and I purchased the car on the spot. The finance guy Adrian was awesome and explained everything with transparency. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them, the whole team was outstanding. 5 star all the way through, fantastic experience. More

A stress free purchase and finance experience I came to the dealer after seeing a car on Wilde's FB page and wanted to check it out in person. I made contact with Ruzhdi and he couldn't have been more friendly, well humored (laughing at all my terrible jokes) and hard working when it came to showing me the car, all the way through finance. Ruzhdi made it very easy to check out the car without being rushed or pressured to buy, the pricing he gave was straight forward, and the negotiations where quick and simple. The dealer gave me more then fair value for my trades to make the deal work, and managed to do it all quickly. Ruzhdi even helped when I had an issue with the insurance not wanting to change over a car during the hurricane event. Ruzhdi really knows his stuff as well, being very well informed about cars specifications, options, and answering all my questions. Once I decided to purchase, Ruzhdi was working very hard helping me transfer my things over to the new car, even out in this swampy terrible heat and humidity of mid day. Once we got everything all settled in the new car I met Adrian in finance. Adrian was such a nice and relaxed guy who didn't put forth the image of a stuffy finance guy that only liked a computer screen and calculator. He was very friendly and professional at the same time, a hard balancing act to perform. He got me through financing quick not having to wait forever for paperwork. He made it easy to sign all the forms in all the right places and was very straight forward on optional items like gap which I chose, and additional warranties ect. All in all, I couldn't have had a more pleasant time at the dealer, and the pizza that they gave me since I hadn't had lunch was excellent, and Id love to know where they got it. I love the new car and couldn't have had a better experience unless they gave me the car for free! More
