Easy Purchase Experience! I contacted Bryan to find out more information about a Range Rover I was interested in. Bryan was VERY helpful, and answered all questions I had which I contacted Bryan to find out more information about a Range Rover I was interested in. Bryan was VERY helpful, and answered all questions I had which encouraged me to go for a test drive. Upon my arrival, Bryan was with another customer and introduced Marco to take care of me. Marco was probably the NICEST sales advisor I have ever dealt purchasing a car. He was not pushy, and very customer service driven. He offered several options and helped me during the whole sales process. Marco also speaks Spanish which was a big plus for me since my dad was with me and didn't have to translate everything. Greg and Zac were also great at helping me get the price I was looking for. I got the deal I wanted and I'm very happy with my purchase. My only mishap was dealing with finance. Tim was not as helpful as the rest of the team and got very upset as I decided to go to my bank for finance instead of the high rate I was offered through the dealer. I don't think he should change the way he behaves to customers just because he's not getting his finance commission. Regardless of where I get my finance, I am still a customer who is buying a very expensive vehicle from Wilde. I encourage Tim to get some customer service training as he really needs to learn how to handle that type of situation. Overall, very please with my purchase, but watch finance! Thanks! More
